Important Notes

Begging messages will be deleted immediately.
I do not work for Neopets (unfortunately) so asking me about your account or to unfreeze you is a waste of time.
I would really prefer that you post new items and site errors on the Forum if you could :) If you would rather not then please just use the contact form below.
PLEASE make sure you check the MIA List before you notify me about new items! I may well know about them already and just need to find them in a shop or gallery :)
Note: I cannot add items to my lists unless I, or my staff, see them in a shop or gallery first.

1) How do I know if an item is retired?
The items must be in your inventory in order to see if they are retired. You will see (retired) beneath the item if it is like so:

2) How do I know what 'type' my item is?
Click on the item in your inventory to bring up the pop-up window. This will then tell you what 'type' the item is. As you can see, the Faerie Totem is a 'Magic Item'. The omelette 'type' in question 1 is 'Tyrannian Food'. The (special) beneath it in the inventory just indicates that it doesn't come from one of the main Neopia shops.

3) Why are your lists not in alpabetical order?
My database is setup so that items are in id number order. There is no easy way for me to convert them into alphabetical order so i'm not going to even try :)

4) How often are the lists updated?
I only update two or three times a week at the moment (the kids and work take up a lot of time) so please be patient.

5) Why don't you offer music and Neopet Backgrounds?
Most music is copyrighted (and against the law to redistribute) and Neopets do not allow me (or anyone actually) to redistribute their images as backgrounds.

6) I found a cooking pot recipe on another website that you don't have.
Please, please make sure you try it before you email me. There are many recipes around that just do not work any more!!

7) Many of the items in your mia list don't exist!
Yes I know thanks. It is a list of missing and UNRELEASED items :)

8) What does MIA stand for?
It stands for 'Missing Items Archive'.

9) How many NP's do you have?
I'm sorry but I find this to be a very rude question. Please do not ask me.....

10) Can you please send me an item?
No sorry :( I don't own all these items - I am just displaying pictures so you can see what they look like.

11) Do I get a reward for helping you?
All help is greatly appreciated but unfortunately I don't have the resources to reward everyone.

12) Can you give me credit for helping you?
So many people help me out that it would be simply impossible to give everyone credit. Sorry about that and I really do appreciate every email I receive!

13) Do you work for Neopets?
No unfortunately not. I wish I did :)

14) Why do you need donations?
I spend all the money raised on the contest prizes and advertising on the Neopets Messageboard (very expensive to do!). Donations also alow me to buy rarity 99+ items to check what item type they are - unfortunately you have to own it to see this info. Donations do not cover all my expenses but they help out a lot! 16) Do you collect anything?
Actually I do :) I collect Medicine. If you feel like thanking me for my hard work then these items are always welcome ;)

17) How can I become a mod/staff for Neoitems?
Thanks very much for the offer but we currently do not need any moderators/staff members for the website at the moment.

18) Will you please be my Neofriend?
I'm sorry but I don't do the Neofriend thing. You are most welcome to contact me via my website any time you like though.
