Where does the MSPP TCG come from?

I mean, how does it get into the game, since its rarity is too high to be sold in a shop? It is an RE? PM or reply here if you know...Thanks!

When you buy a pack of real-life Trading Cards (these are no longer made though - you can still probably buy some existing packs in stores/eBay), there is a TCG code on the package.

If you enter in the code into the redeem page on Neopets, you can get a prize: among these are "virtual" TCG items, including the MSPP (TCG).
