you have to use ubb code.
If you're at a loss, you can always try the "instant ubb code" box that is under every post. If you click on image, it will give you a box that you can put the url to the image into.
Or you can go into the FAQ (link at the top) and find out more about UBB code.
But please remember, that the images must be hosted on a webserver that allows remote linking.
