Yet again, yes. You are only allowed a signature of 400x200 pixels, as stated here.
As webbie said in your last post asking if your signature is too big here, right click on the image and choose 'Properties'. Then you will see how big it is.

Well if you checked how big it was yourself you wouldn't have to ask us and be told it's too big every time
