All items are sectioned into categories based on which shop they are in. There are, therefore, already categories existing, you just need to get the actual names of the shops and look in those categories. Examples of these categories include "Remarkable Restoratives" and "Exotic Foods". Just be knowledgeable of the shop names and you should find everything just fine. Remember, you don't have to have any words in the "item name" field.
