I heard somewhere that there's a secret level where fish neggs are worth a lot.
I followed the instructions and get to that level, but I don't know how to play it!
Can anyone teach me how to play it?
Also, are we going to have our accounts frozen by doing that?

I'm assuming you mean the superextrahypergravitymode, not the ferociousneggsareontheloose mode (because that one is the same as the others)... you "Use your right and left arrow keys to control the Meerca's direction. Hold down the up arrow key to move the Meerca".
That means that your Meerca will only go straight forward, not left or right, other than being willing to turn that way. Other than that, the game is the same, get the good Neggs, avoid the Red ones, your tail, and the walls. Also, avoid the center pit... It helps, sometimes to let the gravity pull you in to a Negg and then run off when you get it.
Otherwise, I'm not sure... I only get this bit from trying it out for 2 minutes after hearing you talk about it.
As to if you will get in trouble... No. It's a legitimate part of the game... it would be like using pyramibread or plzsutekcanihavemoretime in Sutek's Tomb or doughnutfruit in Hasee Bounce... It's written into the game's code and TNT advertises that it exists.

moving away from it, never stop holding the up arrow unless you want to be attracted to the pit to grab a negg
