The offer is good through the end of the month, while supplies last, and its in the stores as well as on the website.
I'm not posting this on the boards at Neopets. I've gotten hooked on Key Quest and decided I'd like a new playing piece if I could find a plushie for under $10. I was in the Toys R Us mega store at Times Square this afternoon and they had less than 100 of them. So I'd rather just share the info with Neoitems folk.
