It isn't dead, but Webbie is currently pregnant with the baby due within the next month with two kids of her own as well. Unfortunately no-one but her can change the front page, but the database is updated on and almost weekly basis (depending if Neopets releases their items or not).

I try to get the stuff in as quickly as possible. To give you an idea.. the news has only been up for what? An hour? All the items are now entered and updated with the stuff they've released (a small wave in an enormous sea of unreleased...)
