I'm absolutely not good at codebreakers. 
But it's kinda like the time tunnel right..?

Okay coppied and pasted from myoriginal post onthe locked post.
My technique for solving.
Change all the symbols to the same of once character.
Find out how many greens. Change all but that number to the blanks and then continue until all the characters are in the right place.
Than change all remaining to the next character.
Then do the same.
See how many greens, Change all but the number of new greens to blank til its in the right place.
Repeat til you're finished.
It usually works out.
Think puffikins (sp?) figured it out in 10 minutes using it or it was gooly can't rememebr and so much trouble looking back right now.
Don't know why I'm back here checking posts considering I have 3 assignment to complete and work tomorrow.

I'm not bad at Time Tunnel, but this one, I had to start taking notes for step 3 to get through it; my memory's just not that good with 6 different slots. But I made it through!

OMG, I stink at this. I tried so many times last night without getting it that I was up to 15 levels. UGH! Going to try again today. Maybe my brain will be fresh as I'm working from home today.
Wish me luck, I'll need it.

Urgh.. codebreakers is a game I've never been at all good at.
But... I completed it! I used Alchemist's method and got it done in a matter of minutes! Thanks for the tips  I thought I'd be struggling over this pest of a puzzle for aaaages, but I didn't even get any resets on the second or third level!
"A gleam of metal on the floor catches your eye, and you quickly pocket the object." I want a something! I wonder what it is..
P.S Instead of starting a new topic for a little question, I'll ask my fellow plotters (hehe)... is anyone else having trouble using the links along the top toolbar on the Neopets site? You know, the Neopets home logo link, the "Welcome [username]", link to your inventory and the logout one? I can't click on them at all, though I can tab to them... just wanna check and see if it's a problem on my side or not...

Everybody seems to be doing good at this puzzle but I'm stuck on level 2 of the puzzle and I'm also terrible on the game time tunnel. I might give up trying to solve it.

I'm trying Alchemist's method and it takes too many turns in the end. This is a dumb puzzle that is stupid. Did I mention it was dumb?
