...with the plot? I have gotten to the part with the Book of Ages...I read the epilogue. Now what?

Click on the Darkest Faerie's ball of fire.
Go to the archives and find your spellbook.

Use the guide above to help you.
Cast spell 29884.It will say nothing happens but
go to the Darkest Faerie's statue. Put the necklace(the
one you found in Constellation 11. Again you can use the guide if you are not sure how to do this.Then just read through what happens.

No, it was never officially closed. People are still working on the puzzles. They ask for guides sometimes at the Altador Cup boards on Neopets.
