So far it's every year (last year and this year) my guess it that that's the way it will be as long as Neopets can find sponsors for the whole thing (last year, Pokemon, this year, Bruce Almighty).

I joined last year, but I was never on so I didn't do much with it.
I joined the Citadel this year. I'm thankful that they have other little games now, 'cuz I really can't do well at the regular Yooyuball.

I'm not sure what team to join. 
Last year I was Roo Island, and I liked that they were the underdog, and surprised everyone with thier wins. I'm not sure if I should be Roo Island this year, Lost Desert, or Krawk Island. I like the smaller teams, but wonder if it would be a smarter move to join a large one. 
Help!!
