so... i've been off neopets for a while, and missed the whohle neovia thingy... so what happened? and where is neovia on the map?

If you go to haunted wood. Clicked on the area between The Spooky Pet Shop and The Deserted Fairground. You should able to see Gypsy Camp. http://www.neopets.com/halloween/hwp/gypsy_camp.phtml

you should know what you should do while on that page.
