TNT has confirmed in an Editorial that Ice is unavailable from the Fountain Faerie.
Rumor: There is another method of changing pet color that I did not mention due to its controversial nature. This method involves feeding a food that corresponds to the desired color: Garlic, Chocolate, or Glowing. It is unconfirmed exactly which Garlic or Chocolate foods will work or what the probability of a change is. I suspect, however, that it is extremely rare and cost prohibitive. Glowing Jelly evidently has a chance to turn a pet Glowing.
