However, if you really want a short blurb, you could always edit the picture itself to included text in it. However, you'll have to then find your own way to upload the picture, instead of just using it from a site. Also, this is very important: DO NOT edit a Neopets picture! It's technically against the terms and conditions, and although many guilds, shops, etc. do, Webmaster doesn't want to get in trouble.
