You're incredibly kind to provide the ID, but I don't think it's correct. I don't own any NC Mall items so I'm not 100% sure on how it's done so I honestly can't tell you what went wrong. It should probably start with "38" or "39". I was hoping maybe you put a 6 instead of a 3 and that it was 38098 but that seems to be a item already in the database.

So I dunno, I could be wrong and Neopets made it a really silly ID but we've yet to come across one that was that far ahead of the current IDs.
