As far as I know, TNT has not yet released them. They have been very bad until just recently about actually releasing the items they announce in the news but be sure that as soon as they are released so we can get the exact item names and ID numbers, we will have them in the Database. If you want to check yourself, you can search the neopets sidebar for any item under rarity 98, I think... which those items will probably be, so you can do a quick search each day to see if they're out.
