This is what they are saying over at PPT as well. That there were speed bonuses and that those bonuses were worth 5,000 points each. you can look at anyone's score page, just add their username to the end of it. If a step is incomplete then it will be greyed out.

One other thing I wanted to say, I found TNT's rational for not giving points for Sand/Block moving a bit odd:

Sand moving went on for 2 or 3 days and Block moving lasted exactly 24 hours. So everybody in all time zones had an equal chance in that regard. And furniture moving, that went on for weeks didn't it? Sure felt like it.

I think they just screwed up. They certainly meant to keep track of it and maybe include it in the final score as well but something went wrong and they lost all the info they had. Could be why it took them so long to come out with the prizes in the first place.
