star data... help!

how did you people know about the webpage http://www.neopets.com/astro.phtml?get_star_data=1? is this a clickable link somewhere in the site? was it announced in the neotimes? just wondering...
and by the way, how do get it to be updated. it seems that until now my star data is still the same and i can't get to plot my sleeper constellation because the stars are not at all present...
