is Shenkuu. Judging by the Cyodrake's Gaze and the origins of Kou-Jong being the ever popular Asian tile game, Mahjong, the island will be Asian based. (A happy note for my otaku cosplaying self)

I think the first island makes more sense just because of location and size.

Also, Neopets has "conveniently" changed the description when you now google Kou-jong.

Since Lutari is already available, (to those who have paid for it and have Cingular; curses, if they had it on Verizon I would jump on the bandwagon, but I'll just settle for paying for Neopets Premium), it is highly doubtable that the ship would have fled to Lutari in this plot.
