The clothes look the same (although it could be a uniform)--does that look like an Acara Nurse skull to you? Or maybe she's one of the ones who escaped into Neovia. But poor Lucy at any rate.

I wonder if any of the younger players are disturbed by this plot...

EDIT: Oh, yeah, and refresh at Neovia and you can challenge the Mayor, though he's like Lord Darigan and effectively unbeatable; the weakest Neopets will work hard to weaken him and then, most likely, a strong pet will come in and beat him. Supposedly there will be 3 Mayors of increasing difficulty...
