Hmm.. I think I might have misled you with my use of 'level 4'. What I meant was the fourth level in the cargo bays puzzle - the one where you reunite Cylara with her family. I did manage it in the end, but it took a lot of meandering and flicking between two steps until I could lure the guards close enough to kill 'em!

Just make sure that it doesn't say "***INCOMPLETE DATA***" at the bottom of the three code ones and perhaps try working through it logically, it'll take ages, but you'll get there eventually. T'is a horrible step to come so early.
