No. I checked it out as I am fed up with Neopets and am actively searching for a replacement, but GoPets seems to be for youngsters. I am not competitive and do not want a battle/quest/war type game site, but that is what I am finding mostly. Giaia (spelling?) seemed interesting, but then the birth year selection only went back to around 1965, I think, which certainly eliminates me.
