The only one I see in trades is priced at 7 million NP... with items that rare, it's really a matter of how much people are willing to pay for it. When I looked just now, there was one in auctions for 6.25 million NP... only for another 30 minutes, though, so I doubt it will still be up if you try looking for it after you see this post.
