Stealing Battledome items?

I have a question. How do you steal battledome items from the 1 player challengers? Is it a special weapon, or a special ability? How does it work? Sorry if this is a lot of questions, but I really wanted to know. Thanks!

You can use a sticky hand (e.g. Purple Sticky H and). Each has its own percentage of if you'll steal an item. You can't keep the items though, because after the battle they are returned.

There are also other items that can steal, but like stated, they are returned to the opponent after the match. Some opponents have a few boogy items that prevent you from stealing (Like green apples).
Check the In-Depth Battlepedia to find some other stealing items though if youre interested.

It's good to know which opponents have the good items to steal when you challenge them, as it can be used as part of your strategy. The "Giant Hungry Malevolent Chomby" has the "Thyoras Tear", and the "Turmaculus" the "Prismatic Mirror" (may have changed).
