How do I get the ghost lupe as a battledome opp, or get a challenge from the ghost lupe?

1.) Go to. (NeoHome Neighbourhoods)
2.) Click on 'Neopia Central'.
3.) Click on 'Soup Alley'.
4.) you will see a box with 'Enter the address number to start from' and enter 131 then click 'Find NeoHome'.
And the challange event should come up.
