Items beside dung for donations

I have gone to donate to this site at least three times in the last few months, but I've got a problem with dung. I know. It's probably just me. It ususally is 
I just can't bring myself to actually, intentionally, buy dung. I can't. I've tried, and I'm just not strong enough. Maybe a 12 step program would help. I'm looking into it. But for now, would it be possible to have some other types of 1np trades for dung-phobic want-to-be contributers like me? Anything but dung would be fine: barbed wire, old boot, tiki tac keychain, bottle of sand, anything really.
