Do you need help with anything specific? Otherwise, the best thing to do is explore around and join in some conversations 
There is also a list here that states some of the other things you can do on Neoitems

You can't actually get Neopets items on this site Neoitems.net just keeps a record of all the items, so that way collectors have an easier time finding which items they need to get.
