Icq is an instant messaging programme ,like AIM or Msn Messenger. You can download it at http://www.icq.com
But instead of an username you'll get a number with your registration which can be used like a username.People are able to add you with this number and you'll need it to sign in.I hope this was understanable
now you can also add your friends from AIM to icq,by adding their screename to your list.How cool is that?
