how do you know which items to restock,from here?

hi, i signed up to this website because i thought it would show me recently updated items to restock in certain shops, does anyone know how i can find that

You can also change the option to 'Last week' for more items. They won't give you an exact listing of the newest items released into shops, but will provide some sort of idea. The best way to really get a hang of the worthwhile items in a shop is to just restock there and learn (checking prices on the Wiz) as you go along.
