Neo - Special List - Gourmet Food
|
|
Are the special lists, most specifically Gourmet Food, fairly up to date? It shows there's currently 827 items within that list and I was just wondering if that's (more or less) accurate or if there's (significantly) more that haven't been updated? Does this list get automatically updated when an r90-100 item is placed in the standard food-related shop lists or is this list updated separately? Thank you

It's supposed to be completely up to date. When the special list was created, all food items at and above r90 up to r99 (as 100's aren't counted for the Gourmet Club, if I'm correct) were added, after which every new (food) item that gets added by our lovely database editors is double checked to see if it's a Gourmet food and should be checked as such. If, however, one of these has a bad day and forgets it, there are always users that notice and it and make a comment in the MIA Item or Error? topic in the Items, Items and Items section.
So yeah, it's quite up to date =P

"By 'rare food' we mean a food that has a rarity index between 90 and 100."
Main Gourmet page, 90 counts, so I suppose 100 does, too. Then again I don't know, I'm no Gourmet eater. Either way, I've seen people high up that have r100 foods from the Pirate Club in their list, so =/

I used to be a huge gourmet fan; Gourmet Foods are r90-100. I guess this is because 90-100 are the last "big 10" items before it goes off to r101 (special) and all those other rarities dealing with "specific" items (omlettes and r110, retired and 180, etc etc.) Typically, unless I'm mistaken, r100 are dominantly foods from the Golden Dubloon though... maybe some others.
