The News is the best place to look... you can go through the past issues to see when stuff is released.
The other option is to see if there's a pet or user with the same name as the game to see the date it was created as many users will create a pet/user with the exact name of a new game or pet species (or possibly TNT does) which is dated the same day the game is released.
