I've been assuming that the ANNOYING pop-up I've been getting all day about NeoBuddies is an April Fools joke.
Has anyone clickedo on it?

Yes, it is an april fools day joke, you fill out a survey and it matches you with a neopian character (always Bug Eye McGee) and then it pops up every so often to yell at you

Odd, he's not yelled at me, and only have gotten *one* popup from him. Hehehe.

It's not ALWAYS Bug Eye McGee; I and a few others got Sir Fufon Lui. He's yelled at me quite a bit, LOL, but I played a lot today.

Good to know it is a prank as I don't like Bug Eye McGee and would rather not be lumped with him shouting at me all the time.

And in total today of playing; he's {Bug Eye McGee} yelled at me once, told me twice that he was glad he wasn't my pet, sorta said something about Coltzan and treasure, and... I think one more thing.
But for about two or more hours, I went to play Sims 2 and haven't gotten anything since. XD

Aww, I don't get pop-ups so I didn't see any April Fool's Day prank. And you're all saying it was interesting - I am jealous now
Anyone seen anywhere with some screenies or something? I doesn't like missing out

Sir Fufon Lui is a Musketeer-type Chia, LOL. I have the original screenie on my petpage but it wasn't enough to prevent people on the Neoboards from calling me a liar.  Someone had several screenies but I only recall one other page with one screenie. (I took a bunch of other screenies and could certainly type the quotes if you wanted; I'm just too lazy to put any more online right now, LOL.)

Thanks taradith, and lol that the other person's screenie showed them looking at your lookup - even though they blocked out your 'name' from the actual lookup!
I'll have to have a poke around and see if I can find any more
