Lutari Island?

Is there any way I can find out more information about Lutari Island with out having to sign up?
I'm currently /trying/ to write a story for the Neopian Times, and my main character is a lutari.
Well, before I actually get writing and stuff I want to learn a little more about Lutari Island and the lutari itself.
This may seem a little weird but, I would really appreciate the help.
