Pet's "sick" look?

Okay, when did they add a tongue to when your pet is sick? And either TNT added it since yesterday, or I'm seriously blind and don't pay attention. XD
I happened to take a look at my Uni, after switching her back to my active pet from yesterday, and realized her tongue was sticking out!
To say the least... it made me laugh. XD

They've had that since they did the changing expressions thing. I went through the 4 images and had a look at them all a while ago.
But you probably didn't notice it because you take good care of your pets and they never get sick.

*sheepish* Technically, I don't take *that* great care of my pets---so I probably wasn't paying attention, but I could've swore there was no "sticking out tongue" when it came to them getting sick. it looks so incredibly out of place, but man, it does amuse me! XD
