Galleries - 5 Items Long?

I'm wondering if anybody knows if galleries can be made to be 5 items long as opposed to the 4. I've never seen it done but I'd appreciate if somebody knows if it could possibly be done.

i don't think it can because i should think it would say and to be honest i think that tnt have like set it
