Q: How do I sign up for your website?
A: In the top menu you should see a link that says 'New User'

Q: I didn't receive the activation email!
A: This is usually because you have a free email account with Hotmail, MSN (some AOL people have problems too) etc. Please try registering again and let me know if you do not receive the email immediately.
Note: Unfortunately resending the email will usually not work either so it is better if you just contact me.

Q: I clicked the activation link but I cannot log in.
A: There are a few possible reasons for this:

1) Please make sure you have cookies enabled for my website otherwise you will never be able to log in.
2) You clicked the link over 24 hours after signing up. In this case you will need to register again.

If in doubt, try registering again and it will tell you if there is already an account for your email address.

Q: There is no activation link in the email you sent to me.
A: I am really not sure why this happens to some people. Please contact me immediately and I will activate your account myself.

A: You can request a temporary password from the login page: http://www.neoitems.net/neohelp/login.php?Cat=0

Q: I requested a temporary password be sent to me but I still cannot log in.
A: There are a few possible reasons for this:

1) Please make sure you have cookies enabled for my website otherwise you will never be able to log in.
2) Make sure you copy and paste the temporary password because it is case sensitive.
