Altador Mini Plot Water Distribution Plant

I have tried for days to figure out the right combo and stop the flood but I can't get it right. Can someone list all the differnt combos there are? Thanks very much!

have you tried turning all valves and switches to their opposite starting position then flip one at a time. i understand lots of people r having trouble with this. it took me all of 2 minutes. i used the jellyneo guide and it was great.

I used the JellyNeo guide to get this far too... I have tried turning all the wheels to the + position and all the switches up and then clicking that one by one again by it didn't work for me...

I sympathize. After about nearly three hours (on and off) of trying, and reading several guides, I'm losing interest.

The Water Plant is a pain the ***. I know some people did it in 15-20 minutes, but I think I spent well over an hour over two days fiddling with it.
Near as I can tell, the proper sequence changes with each try, which makes it simply an exercise in patience. Just keep fiddling until it either works or floods the town (In the latter case, try try again).
