ARGH!

Okay, sorry needed somewhere to rant and I'm hoping people know what I mean but I HATE THESE VINES! I cant seem to get the right combo to get them long and strong enough  *takes scissors to the vines* Any suggestions on what worked for you guys?

Empty all of your vines onto the ground and leave 6 of one type. Test it and if it isn't strong enough, empty that type of vine from your inventory and add 6 of a different type. Keep trying until you find the right type of vine. When it says that your rope is strong enough, add one vine of a different kind to the your inventory and click the hill again. If it doesn't say that your rope is too weak, then add another vine of the same type. Keeping adding that type one-by-one until it says that your rope is too weak. If so, remove the last vine vine you added and add more of a different type of vine to your inventory. Keep up this process for the different types of vines until it is strong and long enough.

I found this vines thing kinda confusing... I had it all working fine for a while, then I added a vine and it became weak, so I took that vine off and tried another type, same thing, took it off, tried another type, and it still said it was weak... and now I'd run out of variation. So I just ignored how strong it said the rope was, and focussed on getting it long enough.
So, my advice, just ignore anything it says about the strength, and just keep combining any old vines until it reaches the bottom! And then you're done

Oh and don't add too many vines or a monster will come and wreck your rope, I know from experience.  I made it too long twice which sent me back into the woods searching for more vines.

I got mine grabbed twice by the monster before finally getting it. XD It's easy once you get the hang of it, though taking out all the vines is a pain.

Finally got it! Thx for the encouragement, those things were annoying and the meepits are hiding all too well lol

I thought this part was pretty tough, too. In fact, I was about to give up on it because I got so frustrated with it. But anyways, I can't exactly remember what the combination for me was...If I remember, I'll tell you, though

Aw the vines after days of trying I begged  my son to do it for me.
He did it in 15 minutes
