Heat Spots

Itch...Scaratch...Lately I have had about the worst ever out breack of heat spots...Eep. I'm not allowed to each them...And they do itch a lot belive me. On the cound at this moment i've got amoung 27 ( i just counted) And i have tried Bi carbinote of soda and itchy cream ( cream that stops itching, but itchy cream sounds a lot nicer And urm i was wonder ing if anyone knows any good remidies, Thanks if you do and tell me

Well, I don't know if you've already been to the chemist, but ask for some sort of heat rash powder which you can put on and stop it from happening to start with or stop it from irritating once it has.
The one I know of is called 'Prickly Heat powder' and it works really well- it dries out the area so there is less moisture to cause problems and it is medicated so the heat rash goes down. It also relieves the itching (which is a major, major plus for me)
I don't know if you have that wherever you live but it works well for me.

Have you tried using the baking soda in a bath? A good soak with it does wonders!

Thanks both, I have at least six new ones and boy are they itchy, i'll try out both methods and update, thanks for you time and help!

Yeah they went away on their own before i had time to try them, but that was last summer, and theyre back!
