Price check on Battle Slices being sold/bought?

I found only 1 in the trading post, it says "beat pcc" i'm not sure what that is, but there is also a battle slices stamp, I didnt check that for a price though.

And a PCC is a Hidden Tower weapon worth around.. 15-16m, if I'm correct =3
