Question: 1mil in Trading Post?

I was wanting to transfer 1mil to my new account.
But it said that you can offer 800k per trade.
How can someone buy a Royal PB on TP?
The price is about 1.7mil now.

You can indeed only offer up to 800k in trades. When it states 1,7m for a Royal Paint Brush, you have to mail the owner and ask them to put it up for auction =)
If you want to send 1m to your storage account, you either have to make 2 trades, or you can make an auction on the storage account that costs 1m =)

Generally, if the seller has agreed that you will buy it, they will either add you as a neofriend and do a NF only auction, or make it with a silly increment...say for example it starts at 1mil and has increments of 700k, so your first bid is 1.7mil, and then if anyone wants to outbid you they would have to pay 2.4mil...
