I've kept my pets delighted all year round ^_^ well.. thats what happens when you spoil them alot.. they are happy when you first get them.. but I played with them until they got delighted... and have been since then. I am such a good owner. I did forget to feed them once *gasp* it was a busy week.. poor babies

I use to collect special foods and feed my pets mostly omletts but now I realize that the purpose of the food is to feed it to the pets LOL so now I save one of the special foods in my safety deposit box just for me and feed all the rest to them. But they still get omletts a lot LOL

since neopets don't really die, people usually don't feed there pets, but i always try to kepp them full just so they can stay happy

i usually feed then or if im lazy to buy food i send them to the lodge with games and a maid lolz ^^

I never get why people don't feed their pets manually every day... *is obsessed with that* Hehe.

Yeah I do feed them... in the weekends, usually, but if I have time during the weekdays, I feed them too.

I find the responses here fascinating! I've played for well over 2 years and I feed, groom, and play with each of my pets daily. I'm afraid I do judge people by how well their pets are cared for. I think it says something about them. I agree with the few who think it is the main purpose of the game.

I never feed my pets, and they're not in the lodge. They're dying, but I don't care. Why? Because there's absolutely no negative effects for keeping them hungry, and I don't battle.
So this is just a lot simpler and easier.
