From today people in Private Moderation will now be allowed to send Private Messages. (Please see this post for more info on Private Moderation: http://www.neoitems.net/neohelp/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=47183&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1)

Please note that people who spam, harass and generally annoy others may find their Private Messaging ability removed. Once this has happened it is unlikely you will ever get it back so please make sure this doesn't happen to you!
