I think that there should be a Page that tells you what the current contests are and what all of the rules are. That way people don't have to wade through posts to find out what contests are happening, what the rules are, or if they are too late to enter.

All contest posts are in the General Forum and sticky (i.e. They are always at the top with a little pin.)
