NeoQuest II Progress
      #241233 - 25/03/2004 16:12

Looks like the board that this stuff was usually posted on is far away buried in some other pages, in retirement. So, ehehehehe (last cackle for today, unfourtunatly, and please, Webbie, don't make the limitation spread to the Edna RP), here's a topic to fight Zombie Techos, Faerie Thieves, and King Tersaks in with people rooting for you. Errr.. and other things.

I'm currenly fighting Mutant Sand Grundos, Zombie Techos, and Rock Golems in the Ruined Temple, level 3. Can't wait for that boss.. I hope he's easier then Silicast.

EDIT: Geberan was a pushover!

You say, "Well, they think we're adventurers too. Would you like to join our party?"

Velm says, "Ah... I don't know, really, what good I could be. I have some kind of spellbook, but I haven't been able to cast any of the spells in it. Except once." He frowns. "I was walking back from one of the other tents, and I saw some kind of strange undead creature appear almost out of nowhere. I was very scared, but I shouted something--I can't remember what, now--and the creature suddenly got a confused look in its eyes. It just stood there for a while, then wandered away without looking back. I guess it was some kind of distraction or... mesmerization spell I tried to cast, but I've been trying to duplicate my feat for hours. No luck; maybe I can only use magic when I'm scared or in danger? At any rate, adventuring... well, I guess it beats sitting around here all day long. Sure, I'll join you."

Velm has joined your party!

One thing I've always thought about signatures is that they don't really serve much of a use. I mean, this is pretty obvious, but honestly, no matter how many images you put in your signature supporting various charities, no one will really look at them. Maybe the first time they see a post by you, they'll look at your signature, but after that? Nothing. So honestly, you don't really care what's here, and after a while, you won't even notice it's here.

Rohane says, "This thread sure looks unactive!".

Well, all my characters are now level 58 and about to finish Neoquest II.

I would likely be that far too, if I hadn't stopped playing for about a week after it came out. I started the day it came out, then gave up once I got killed by a Shadow Gelert.

I've nearly entered the Castle of Count Von Roo now. Meuka, here I come!!

Is Battle Taunt a good thing to have for Rohane and what level should you be on when you battle the boss after the miner guy.

Approx. level 8-9 for Miner Guy. Battle Taunt is hopeless.

Is it true that the level your char is on thats how much max it heals when it walks? Also, Zombom has four things you can choose after you can beat him right? Which one should I get. I have most my points on haste and damage. Thanks.

If I remember correctly, when you reach a certain amount of hp, you heal more each step you take... Rohane could heal 5 hp each step near the end of the game. You do not get to choose what you receive from Zombom when you beat him.

<150: 1 HP
<300: 2 HP
<450: 3

etc etc

(I belive it's 450)
