I'm just wondering since I have doing a bit of work with Microsoft Access lately. What database program are you using to control all this info?  It seems likely due to your numbering system of pictures pootlecat. It could be from an autonumber function from the look of it.

The item lists are actually just a text database at the moment. Eventually I want to move to mySQL though

If you want some good reference material for maintaining and organizing a mySQL database, I'd like to recommend the book "PHP and MySQL Web Development" my Luke Welling and Linda Thomson....then again, you might not need it
