I've never FOUND any in the 16 months I've been on Neo, but I bought a Split PB last month.

I never found one and I've been playing for years!!! and that includes nearly everyday having a go on the fruit machine. Is there anywhere in particular you can 'find' them??

FOUND??  LOL none...not in the over two years I've been actively playing...
I did get a tyrannian one  from the wheel of Monotony after getting the "rock" about zillion times

The only paint brush I ever got and *found* was a Gold PB on Fruit Machine(Came with 15K attached  ).Sadly, I didn't use it in such a hurry.I had to go somewhere all of the sudden and my PB was still in my inventory.When I came back I had to check for neomails(I was chatting with my friends that were online)so I refreched for the Neomail Icon at the top.There was non, except the 'Something Has Happened!' event that the Pant Devil stole my PB...darn Pant Devil! 
By the way, who is Jacko?

If I remember mine correctly, I got a paintbrush twice. Once from the fruit machine, and once from Jacko.

I have found a Pink one (Jacko, sold for 400k), robot (RE, sold for 60k), and I believe I won one from the Fruit Machine a while back. Of course, those NeoPoints have long been spent ;) I've been playing for a year.
