While I havent found any, I was given an orange petpet PB by a guild once, have owned 5 or so plushie petpet PBs and used them all. Also I bought and used a Strawberry Fields Forever PB on my transmorgrified Koi, to create StrawberryXSeas. Now I'm saving up for an Island PB.

I found a Christmas Paint Brush from the Advent Calendar. (you can refresh at the Advent Calendar to get a Winter Random Event, it's once per day and you just keep refreshing until you get an event. It doesn't work during the month of December though.)

I've been on Neopets 47 months plus and I've never found a paint brush, let alone bought one (I'm really quite stingy with my money, my only regular spendings are 15,000 NP everyday for stocks). My sister however, who frequents Neopets far less than I do has found a Plushie paint brush...lucky...
