Thanks Summernight for the additional info on the scrolls.  When i saw on the news page they had released the first comic strip i was so excited i jumped out of my chair lol i'm such a big neopets geek

All the scrolls have symbol connections with the missing pieces:
There are 12 scrolls found:
Ahn, Ra, Lat, Tep,
Kar, Kha, Fer, Saf,
Nem, Ben, Set, Djo
(Names from Jellyneo)
For all missing pieces that correspond with these names, you simply change the end of the url:
http://images.neopets.com/desert/ldp/ldp_tablet_comp_ahn.gif
(the image URL for the Ahn missing piece)
to make: 
And you will get the symbol.

slightly more exciting then normal. i like the sound of this plot. it has a plot story, battles and puzzles. If everything is level (eg no ranks or uber expensive items and you know i'm refering to the scrolls!)
