for some reason my computer won't load chapter 5. It just stays on the blank page (at leasy, until I get fed up and call it names...). Could someone tell me what happens please!!

Are you on dial-up? Because I found that the Chapters did that to me when I was on a dial-up connection- it would load to 100% but never show.

Did you try deleting all of the temporary internet files and try loading it again?

I would just try reloading again and again, possibly during non-peak hours (very late at night NST, maybe during school hours American time). It seems to me that the newest whatever (plot, game, etc.) won't load properly on dial-up, maybe because too many people are trying to access it. Once traffic dies down, you should be fine. That would also explain why chapters 1-4 worked fine; no one's looking at them right now.
I used to have dial-up so I feel your pain...just keep trying!
